Loren Umaña, an experienced real estate professional and the owner of LL Real Estate in the Dominican Republic. I specialize in sales, rentals, and investment properties, helping clients find the perfect opportunities to build wealth through real estate.

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, I’m a dual-licensed agent in New York and New Jersey, with extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. My journey began in private wealth management, overseeing estate properties for ultra-high-net-worth families, which gave me deep insight into high-value real estate investments. I later transitioned into impact investment, focusing on financial inclusion and long-term wealth-building strategies.

Through my affiliation with VOX Realty Group in the U.S., I bridge the gap between New York, New Jersey, and Dominican Republic real estate markets, helping U.S. buyers seamlessly invest in luxury and investment properties in the Caribbean.

At LL Real Estate, I’m committed to providing strategic guidance, expert market insights, and top-tier service, ensuring every client feels confident in their real estate decisions.
